The Sovereign Shield
All contributions to Give 100 are entrusted through an approved fiduciary structure for the custody and authorised allocation of founding capital toward the Institute of Preemptology.
The Sovereign Shield is held through a fiduciary architecture: custody, authorised deployment, and institutional outcome are assigned to separate authorities. Each authority remains confined to its own mandate.

Custody
The Trust receives and safeguards founding capital under approved fiduciary custody. Trustees act as fiduciaries, holding assets on behalf of beneficiaries.

Execution
m3 provides the operating platform through which authorised programme deployment is executed.
Layer III
Institutional Outcome
The Institute of Preemptology (IoP), incorporating the Queen Elizabeth II Centre for Cervical Cancer Elimination (QE2C), constitutes the permanent prevention infrastructure established through founding capitalisation.
