Give 100 · Sovereign Shield
Stewardship & Accountability
The Sovereign Shield
All contributions to Give 100 are entrusted to the Givingtide Global Trust, an independently governed fiduciary structure for the custody and authorised allocation of capital.
The Sovereign Shield is held through a fiduciary architecture: custody, execution, and institutional outcome are assigned to separate authorities, each with a distinct mandate. No single authority performs more than one of these functions.
The trusteeship framework is set out under Trusteeship.
How the Sovereign Shield Is Held
Stewardship Structure
Layer I
Custody
The Trust receives and safeguards founding capital under fiduciary administration. Trustees act as fiduciaries, holding assets on behalf of beneficiaries.
Layer II
Execution
m3 provides the operating platform through which authorised programme deployment is executed.
Layer III
Institutional Outcome
The Institute of Preemptology (IoP) and its Queen Elizabeth II Centre for Cervical Cancer Elimination (QECCCE) constitute the permanent prevention infrastructure established through founding capitalisation.
