Give 100 Concludes The 100-day Commonwealth observance — initiated on 13 June 2026, the official birthday of the Sovereign — closes. One hundred cities, six continents, one movement.

The Sovereign Shield Opens The Founding 100 convene in Toronto. Their collective commitments open the Sovereign Shield and the founding capitalisation of the Institute.

The Founding Record Is Sealed The civic register of those present at constitutional origin is inscribed and sealed. It becomes the permanent institutional ledger of origin.
Fourth
The Institute of Preemptology and Its QECCCE Are Established The world’s first institution dedicated to the discipline of preemptology is brought into permanent being. Prevention is given a home — permanently, measurably, and at scale.

The Institute The Institute of Preemptology (IoP) The world’s first institution dedicated to a single mandate: preventing disease across the full life course, with individual physician accountability for defined populations. Prevention is given a discipline. Prevention is given an owner.
The Flagship The Queen Elizabeth II Centre for Cervical Cancer Elimination (QECCCE) The Institute’s flagship programme: the first institutional proof of preemptology in practice, directed toward the elimination of a fully preventable cancer that still claims approximately 350,000 lives each year, 95% in the developing world.
