Architecture of This Guide

This Guide contains 100 Questions. The 100 is the architecture, not the burden.

To make the Guide easier to use, the same 100 Questions are arranged in five sections and divided into three forms: FAQ Index, FAQ Maxi, and FAQ Mini.

FAQ Index is the complete list of 100 Questions, so readers can see the whole architecture at a glance and move directly to any question.

FAQ Maxi provides the full answers, including symbolism, institutional detail, ceremonial structure, stewardship, and operational guidance.

FAQ Mini provides one-sentence answers to all 100 Questions, for readers who need the core meaning quickly.

A reader may therefore locate a question in FAQ Index, grasp the one-sentence answer in FAQ Mini, and then turn to the full answer in FAQ Maxi without losing their place. The numbering remains the same across all three forms.

Fast Path

Fast Path Use of This Guide

Readers may follow the fast path below or move directly to the sections relevant to their role. The sequence is architectural: understanding deepens as one moves from foundation to action to Founding.

If you have 5 minutes, read Q1–4, Q8, Q12–18, and Q99–100. This gives you the Foundation, the nature of the invitation, the reassurance on obligation, and the urgency of the Founding.

If you have 15 minutes, add the questions for your role: Champions and Beacons read Q41–55; LAMPs read Q56–60.

If you are considering a City’s participation, read Q21–40.

If you are considering a Century, Ignition, or Founding occasion, read Q61–80.

If you are considering giving, stewardship, or long-term institutional impact, read Q81–98.

Five Ordered Sections

Sections of This Guide

This FAQ is structured, not merely sequential.

Section I establishes the Foundation and the essential invitation framework.

Section II defines the Observance.

Section III sets out the Offices.

Section IV describes the Ignition and the Century.

Section V explains the Founding, stewardship, and legacy.

The Question Index then maps the five sections as follows: Section I—Introduction; Section II—Observance; Section III—Offices; Section IV—Ignition and Century; Section V—Founding, Stewardship, and Legacy.
